My journey to becoming a chiropractor began during my undergraduate studies at the University of Guelph. I struggled with persistent upper back pain and headaches following an injury. Experiencing the difference chiropractic care made in my own life inspired me to pursue a career helping others feel and function at their best.

I earned my Doctor of Chiropractic degree from Palmer College of Chiropractic in Davenport, Iowa, graduating in 2022. Since then, I’ve had the privilege of caring for patients in Centre Wellington and I am excited to continue serving this wonderful community at Bloom Chiropractic & Wellness Centre.

My passion lies in caring for pregnant women, babies, children, and families. As a Webster Certified chiropractor and proud member of the International Chiropractic Pediatric Association (ICPA), I’m dedicated to supporting families through pregnancy, postpartum, infancy, and beyond. I believe the best care starts with listening, building trust, and creating lasting relationships. My approach is gentle, personalized, and tailored to your unique goals—whether you’re preparing for birth, navigating the early days of parenthood, helping your child thrive, or simply looking to move and feel your best.

When I’m not in the office, you’ll usually find me curled up with a good book, exploring the local trails, planning my next travel adventure, caring for my ever-growing collection of houseplants or on the curling ice during the winter.
